Private Treaty:

Our private treaty listings may be viewed on the website. A private treaty involves the sale of a property through confidential negotiation between the owner and purchaser.  There are several advantages of private treaties including:

• Degree of flexibility
• The purchaser can agree all the basic terms, such as price, date of completion and fixtures and fittings to be included before costs are incurred that could prove abortive in the event of the sale not proceeding.
• The purchaser has time to make enquiries that might be of great importance
• Sale by private treaty is comparatively inexpensive
