Procedures

• Valuations are requested by walk in clients & institutions by either filling up a valuation request form in house or on line or by sending a letter of instruction
• Minimum deposit required, balance on completion of report
• Unique reference number of property
• Inspection of each property entails a detailed assessment of the interior and exterior conditions
• Comparables of other similar properties in the environs of the subject property
• We can refer you to experienced and knowledgeable surveyors as well.
